On the second anniversary of my immigration, I compiled a list of seven concepts that profoundly changed for me after moving from Iran to the UK. Each concept is represented by a ceramic piece, helping me reconcile the person I was with the person I have become. These two versions of myself often feel like two incomplete people: one that no longer exists but is familiar, like a character from a movie or story, and one that feels real but lacks a past.
